Saturday Competitions
Throughout the season we run a weekly competition round each Saturday morning. We run 3 programs (see below) which rotate each round and are subject to change. We also run an 'On Track' modified program for our under 6/7 age groups, their events gradually increase as the season proceeds.
Updates on each weeks programs are normally published on TeamApp.
All age groups are appointed Team Managers who will ensure athletes move through the program each day of competition and assistance provided in the coaching of athletes.
