President & VICE PRESIDENT

President: Presides at each Committee meeting or any other meetings organised by the centre; Works with committee members and volunteers to enable them to do their roles; Represents the centre when needed, including Association meetings; generally ensures smooth running of centre; presents the President’s report at the Annual General Meeting. Also, fulfils the role of Public Officer of behalf of the centre.

Vice President: This role involves supporting the President in overseeing the operations of the centre. The Vice President shall perform all duties of the President in the absence of the President or as directed by the President.

SECRETARY & ASSISTANT SECRETARY

Secretary: This role involves managing the communication between the Association and the Centre, preparation of Committee Meetings including agendas and minutes, and the filing of Centre records.

TREASURER & ASSISTANT TREaSURER

Treasurer: Keeps a detailed ledger of all receipts and payments transacted for the centre. Present at each committee meeting a full summary of receipts and expenses, including the bank balance and inventory and stock levels. Pay on invoice only all accounts passed by the Committee. Present to the Annual General Meetings a detailed Financial Statement of Income and Expenditure for the past 12 months.

Registrar & assistant registrar

Registrar: Manages the registration process of athletes including setting up and maintaining the online registration at the beginning and middle of each season, receipting manual payments, manning the Registration Desk at all Home Meets; organising/packing and distributing the registration kits for each family.
